Why Sigma Chi?—
I joined Sigma Chi because of the principles it taught. The first time that I heard the Jordan Standard, I knew instantly that I was supposed to be a Sig. The values put forth in that standard resounded with me because they were the values that I had always tried to live my life by; to have an organization be able to touch my heart with a statement of purpose identical to my own was incredible. I rushed fall of Freshman year and never looked back.
What has been your favorite Sigma Chi experience?–
My favorite Sigma Chi experience hasnt been limited to one particular event. My favorite memories are the ones that occur out of no where. The 2 am heart to heart talks with brothers about struggles going on in your lives, philosophy and religion, or just life in general. It is in these moments that you truly get to know a brother, and yourself, in a way that you could no where else and in no other circumstances.
